Our classes
All classes are small and intimate so every student receives individual attention, consistent cues and corrections.
Reformer Pilates
Spring-resistance Pilates on the reformer, in classes of no more than six. Beginner sessions teach the fundamentals — spring settings, strap placement and carriage control — while intermediate sessions add fluid transitions and athletic pacing that challenge balance and coordination.
Yoga Vinyasa
A flowing practice that synchronises breath and movement. Beginner classes break down the sun salutations, foundational poses and alignment cues at a steady, accessible pace; intermediate classes build creative sequencing, deeper backbends and peak poses that grow strength and stamina.
Barre
Music-driven, low-impact strength work at the barre, targeting all the major muscle groups. Beginner classes focus on alignment, foundational posture and specific muscle engagement; intermediate classes raise the tempo with high repetitions and dynamic, layered choreography.
Barre/Pilates
A hybrid session blending barre's precise muscle engagement with Pilates core work and control — a full-body, low-impact class that builds strength, stability and posture.
